3 Year Mechanical Guarantee
Our handles are strong and built to endure everything a family home can throw at them. We've thoroughly tested these handles ourselves and we can comfortably offer a 3 year guarantee.
If your handles break within 3 years of your delivery we'll replace them for free.

What is the return policy?
We're happy to refund or exchange some or all of your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
These are natural products and you should expect some variations between the different handles in your order. However if you feel like some handles in your set aren't quite right, we'll swap them for free.
Some change in colour is to be expected over the lifetime of the product, including the metal stems.
Whats the lead time?
Lead time is the time it takes to craft your handles for you. At the moment it is approximately 3 weeks.
Some products are ready to ship immediately and are marked as such.
Where do you make the handles?
Our products are made by hand here in the UK. Our workshop is solar powered and we use coppiced hazel from across East Anglia.
Is the wood cut responsibly?
Yes! We work very closely with local woodlands to responsibly and consciously gather our materials. Proper coppicing and woodland cultivation improves the ecosystem and helps make sure our precious woodlands can be enjoyed by generations to come.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
If you spend over £100.00 shipping is free.
