We’re confident you’ll love the strength, feel, and reliability of our products, which is why we are happy to offer a 3-year guarantee on everything.

If any handle becomes damaged or breaks under normal use within three years of purchase, we will replace it completely free of charge. Simply reach out to us with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a prompt replacement. We’re committed to ensuring you feel supported and satisfied long after your purchase.

Please note that our uncoated brass option is intended to age naturally. Over time, uncoated brass develops a unique patina, a darkening or softening of the surface that reflects normal oxidation and everyday handling. This aging process is an inherent and desirable characteristic of raw brass and is not considered a defect. As such, patina development is not a valid reason for return or replacement.
