3 Year Guarantee
Our handles are strong and built to endure everything a family home can throw at them. We've thoroughly tested these handles ourselves and we can comfortably offer a 3 year guarantee.

Custom hole spacing?
The distance between the stems (and therefore, the mounting holes) on our handles is by default:
230s - 160mm hole spacing
160s - 95mm hole spacing
You may wish to have a different measurement for your cabinets, especially if you're replacing existing handles.
We can customise this to suit your needs, no extra charge! Just select 'Hole spacing: Custom' (if you've already placed your order, just send us a message through the Contact page) on the product page and we will chat to you about your requirements via email.
What is the return policy?
We're happy to return and refund your order up to 30 days from delivery for free.
These are natural products and you should expect some variations between the different handles in your order.
Some change in colour is to be expected over the lifetime of the product, including the metal stems.

Whats the lead time?
Lead time is the time it takes to craft your handles for you. At the moment it is approximately 3 weeks + delivery.
Our process works like this:
- We recieve and check your order
- We may reach out via email if we need some more information (such as your cabinet thickness)
- We begin crafting your handles. We select the best seasoned Hazel from our stock, cut it to length, chamfer the ends, drill the precise holes and apply a food-grade oil to bring out the wood's natural beauty and protect it. We do the metal work, knurling or blackening the stems if your order requires it. Then we assemble the pieces together and go through a rigorous quality check.
- We then package your order and post it to your home.
This typically takes 3 weeks and then a couple more days once sent out for delivery. We'll let you know once your order has been posted to you and in the unlikely event there are any delays.
Where do you make the handles?
At our workshop on the Norfolk/Suffolk border here in the UK. A beautiful area of the country known as East Anglia. The wood is sourced from the same area and never imported from abroad. Sourced local, made local.
Is the wood cut responsibly?
Yes! We work very closely with local woodlands to responsibly and consciously gather our materials. Proper coppicing and woodland cultivation improves the ecosystem and helps make sure our precious woodlands can be enjoyed by generations to come.
